Avocado Mayo

Updated: Jan 19, 2020

This is a condiment with plenty of substance; like mayo, it's thick enough to stay where it belongs unlike other condiments that will soak in or slide off. The flavors mix together in a way that is different from guacamole or other avocado condiments. And, it freezes well, so it's a great use for avocados before they pass their peak.
