Hello friends! I just realized that I have been posting videos monitoring the progress of the sourdough starter on Instagram, but not here. I am hoping to get the whole process in one video once it's complete and will post each episode here in the meantime, but until then, you can find these check-ins on my Instagram page, which is also connected to the main page of this blog. I'm hoping not to inundate you with emails, as my inbox seems to have gotten particularly busy with promotions, etc and I don't want this to be overwhelming, but am happy to share however it's best.
